The Principal    

Ivan Zdrahal, P.E. is the firm's principal.  He has extensive consulting experience in a wide range of planning and design projects.  These include large-scale master planning, preparation of environmental impact statements, facilities planning, final design of residential and commercial land developments, and a wide variety of civil engineering projects.

Mr. Zdrahal's project management experience includes total project development from conceptual and feasibility studies through final design, permitting, construction management, including administration and inspection.
